we’re still investigating the Facebook-related problem. To restore full lives-sharing now, you can:
Switch to a King account
If you switch to a King account, you will
- Bypass the Facebook connection (and the lives sharing problem)
- Sync progress across phone, tablet, and PC
- Use secure email/password login
To switch or create a King account:
- Open Game settings and select Create King Account or Log in with King Account.
- Follow the prompts to set up or enter your credentials.
- Link your existing progress when prompted.

Continue with Facebook
If you don't want to switch to a King account, you can try to solve the issue by doing this:
- Update the game to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play
- Log out of the game (no uninstall needed)
- Restart your device
- Log back in with your Facebook account
